Fujian Normal University Officials visit the Department of Education NCR Regional Office
A distinguished delegation from Fujian Normal University, led by Vice President Wu Jianfeng, embarked on a significant visit to the Department of Education NCR Regional Office on March 11, 2024. Welcoming them with utmost professionalism and hospitality was Dr. Arnold Gatus, the esteemed Education Program Supervisor at the DepEd National Capital Region. The rendezvous was emblematic of the enduring partnership between the People’s Republic of China and the Republic of the Philippines, particularly in the realm of education, a cornerstone of bilateral relations.
The esteemed FNU delegation comprised luminaries such as Prof. Zhu Feng, the illustrious Dean of FNU-ICCS; Mr. Chen Shangwang, a venerable figure serving as Chairman of the College Affairs Committee within the College of Sociology and History; Mr. Zhao Lixin, an esteemed academic leading the charge as Chairman of the College Affairs Committee at the Hospital of Fujian Normal University; and Mr. Fan Qihua, a distinguished luminary in his role as Deputy Secretary-General of the University Alumni Association. Augmenting this delegation were stalwarts from the Philippine side, including Dr. Cavin Franco Pamintuan, the Director of the Office of Global Relations, and Mr. Xu Lei, the Chinese Director of CI-AUF, embodying the spirit of cross-cultural cooperation.
