Sinaya – The Cycle 1 of USWAG Kabisera

Just wrapped up an incredible 3 days at Sinaya: The 1st Cycle of USWAG Kabisera!

Held in beautiful Azalea Hotel, Baguio City from February 3rd-5th, Sinaya brought together superintendents and assistant superintendents from across the NCR to focus on Fostering Integrity-Based Leadership. This wasn’t your average workshop! We dove deep into real-world case studies, best practices, and engaged in thought-provoking discussions on the legal and ethical foundations of leadership. We explored our core values, defined our leadership purpose, and learned how to lead with authenticity. The goal? To build a culture of trust and accountability within the region.

Big thanks to all the participants for their active engagement and insightful contributions. We’re confident that the knowledge and connections made at Sinaya will inspire positive change in education across the Philippines. And a special shoutout to the organizers of USWAG Kabisera for making this impactful program a reality!

Stay tuned for updates on the next cycle of USWAG Kabisera!
